On May 22nd Red Cross Aruba hosted a very important visit, that of the board of the ‘Ondersteuningsfonds Zorg, Welzijn en Sport Nederland’. They were in Aruba for 48 hours and requested the Red Cross to show them a bit of all the projects they support financially. During this short time, they experienced a Biba Bida morning with about 40 elders, they visited Hospice Atardi, they met with volunteers, they had a tour of the recently renovated emergency home and even got to open officially the Unity Room. They also enjoyed the ride from the airport to the hotel in the new Red Cross ambulances!
All projects made reality with the help and support of the ‘Ondersteuningsfonds Zorg, Welzijn en Sport Nederland.’
